great tuesday!

I felt really good today had three tough work outs. My first one was grappling we learned some cool stuff then I got about 4×7minute goes in. After that I went home ate some oatmeal then went back and did my strength and conditiong which he killed me today. Then tonight i did 2×5minute rounds of boxing mitts, then did 3×5minute rounds of thai pads. So as you know im pretty exhausted so im going to eat and get some rest for tomorrow. I have BJJ, swimming then boxing sparring… Goodnight
