Well I was pretty sore this morning so I just took the morning work out off. But I got alot of personal things done around the house and bills. But I went for a 1mile run right before I did some grappling in the cage. I did 4x 5min rounds starting on our feet so all the wrestling was great especially for this fight coming up. Then tonight I had boxing sparring and that was tough. I did 4×5min goes with a fresh guy every time and they were also shooting takedowns aswell! So all in all it was productive, but tomorrow will be nuts. I got to do a radio show in the morning its called “the fan” 1060am or listen online at fanster.com. After that I go to grappling, weight training then Thai pad work! Wish me luck and I’ll let u know how it goes!
