This weekend was awesome me and my life long childhood buddies met up in San Diego and had a great time! Friday we all went out had a couple beers(budlights ofcourse) passed out early because we had a fishing trip planned. Well none of us woke up missed the boat so we all went down to the Boardwalk rented poles and went fishing off the pier. We didn’t catch anything we could actually keep but it was fun. Then the next day we went surfing for about 4 hours oh my was that tough! I got up on my first try and rode it in (I was on a long board). But man oh man all that work just to paddle out to ride a wave for maybe 10 sec geeze surfers are nuts but I loved it and can’t wait to do it again.
As for my training today it was awesome I trained three times. My day started at nine where I ate breakfast( 2 scoops of whey 1/3 cup of oatmeal an my vitamins) then went to bjj. After class I went straight to ASU to swim from 12-130 which was a good I.M. set today. From there I came home had two chicken sandwiches watched some baseball(Yankees vs angels) then headed back to the gym to teach class. After class today we had Mma sparring and that was a ton of fun but most tiring. I had a fresh guy round robin in on me for 4x five minute rounds and that was tough. So all in all it was a great day and it’s good to be back!
